What we doAt your direction, LDA’s can complete court forms for you to avoid pitfalls and to make sure that every important detail on a form is accounted for. LDA’s may also file the forms with the court, serve them on the appropriate parties and manage the process. LDA’s may also supply books and publications authored, written or approved by attorneys.
I can prepare most documents, including Deeds, Notes secured by Deeds of Trust, Assignments of Deeds of Trust, mobile home transfers, Affidavits Death of Joint Tenant or Trustee, Deeds-in Lieu of Foreclosure, Deeds of Reconveyance, Substitution of Trustee and Trust Transfer Deeds, among others. I have a subscription with Realquest for obtaining missing current deeds and property transaction histories. I prepare many other legal papers for people who don’t wish to hire an attorney, including Estate Planning, Trusts, Wills and Powers of Attorney.
